Supporting the Accounts Assistant with the collection of monthly expenses. Working with the Financial Controller to prepare the end of year audit files. Running reports Assisting with the monthly and quarterly reports for VAT and Sales Lists. Ensure the accurate inputting of invoices on to Sage. Preparation of monthly reconciliations and schedules to support the trial balance. Adhering to the company's procedure, policies and goals. Handling customer queries and credit notes Cash flow management Personal Profile: Previous experience of working with Sage. Great attention to detail Previous experience of working in a similar role Team player Positive and proactive individual Analytically minded Excel / Word Microsoft skills Accounting qualification desirable not essential Excellent Time Management Ability to robustly troubleshoot encountered issues independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task.
