Ruby Group are recruiting for a Central London based technology firm searching for a Big 4 trained Senior Management Accountant with 0 - 2 years post qualified experience. The firm is global and has circa £500 mn t/o with international offices and 100 people in their very nice central London Headquarters. Growth has been strong over the years and they have a sociable, dress down environment, offer a good bonus and 25 days holiday. You will be part of a 15 strong finance team, initially focusing on an accounting project involving the takeover of reporting and forecasting elements that will facilitate a technology transformation process together with cash-flow forecasting. You will be gaining familiarity with the international reporting processes while facilitating a high-level migration project. You will also have exposure to company exit, acquisition and transaction activity. Once the finance system migration is complete you will cover the monthly reporting of two international legal entities and supervise a small finance team covering AP, AR and banking. Month-end elements will include full monthly management accounts production with P&Ls. The ideal Senior Management Accountant will possess the following attributes/skills: ACA (ICAEW, ICAS, CA) qualification from big 4 (EY, KPMG, Deloitte or PWC) 0 - 2 years post qualified experience The ability to travel internationally (bi-monthly for the first 6 months) Familiarity with tight deadlines, strong controls and accurate reconciliations A can-do attitude with the willingness to take initiative where necessary This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join an established firm with an impressive senior management team that have conducted multiple company transactions and a role that has planned progression within 12 months.
