I'm currently assisting a highly regarded market leader in it's chosen field, with their search for a temporary Credit Controller to join their busy team. This temporary role has materialised due to internal movement and will allow an opportunity for someone to build on their existing experience within an Accounts Receivable or Credit control role. This role is offered on an ongoing basis and may become permanent for the right candidate. The company would like to engage a candidate who is used to maintaining excellent client relationships whist ensuring that cash flow is managed smoothly and efficiently in order for them to be able to make a seamless transition into the role. This role will involve the following duties: Processing payment information Identifying invoice information to apply payments to appropriate receivable items Completing quality control verification to balance & check data. Identifying cash suspense accounts items and monitor ageing of accounts to resolve outstanding items - chasing by telephone, email or letter Research and resolve issues where the remittance advice does not clearly identify the purpose of the payment. Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for management as required Ensure controls are performed as required by process On offer is a pleasant working environment within a global company.
