Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join the Accountancy Team at their office in Reigate.

Description

Main Duties:

• Accurate and timely delivery of monthly consolidated management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.

• Monitor and analyse income and expenditure, reporting on variances and discrepancies.

• Help ensure spend is kept in line with the budget.

• Manage all adjustments, journals, accruals and prepayments, including schedules.

• Manage all monthly and quarterly reconciliations, including intercompany, balance sheet and revenue, as examples.

• Help analyse, interpret and communicate the company's financial data and performance, with recommendations.

• Identify areas for process and reporting improvement

• Assist with budget setting

• Monitor effectiveness of systems and modify

Profile

The successful Candidate:

• Comfortable & credible when communicating with senior level management

• Effective reconciliation and problem-solving ability

• Provide reliable, appropriate, clear analysis and reporting

• Advanced excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.

• Fast and accurate data entry

• Reliable and autonomous approach, with high levels of dependability, responsibility and commitment.

• Excellent punctuality and considerate approach
