Credit Controller - Manchester based - Spanish speaking - Part time - Flexible start & finish times We are looking for a Credit Controller to deal with commercial customers in Spain for a Manchester based engineering firm. Working part time 12-20 hours a week from their premises close to the Trafford Centre, you must have credit control experience and the ability & confidence to communicate fluently in Spanish to clients both by email and telephone. You will be responsible for cash collection from Spanish businesses within their agreed terms of business and update their records via the Company accounting software. Key tasks will include:
• Ensuring credit references are taken up and checked for all new Spanish customers
• Producing and sending sales invoices
• Producing and sending customer statements
• Communicating electronically and verbally with Spanish customers
• Chasing outstanding invoices through to collection
• Closing month end and printing reports To be successful in this role you will need to: Be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal Be professional, confident and diplomatic Have previous experience with credit control Have experience of Microsoft Office and accountancy software Have good attention to detail and the ability to reconcile complex accounts Have the ability to prioritise tasks as needed Be able to maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues The company offer a stable and pleasant work environment, flexible start & finish times to suit your circumstances, 12-20 hours work a week depending on workload, a salary circa £18-20k pro rata, company pension scheme and paid holidays.
