Responsibilities:
Work with senior management to support the development of appropriate strategies for the growth of the TJX Europe business Partner across the entire organisation to support both financially and analytically towards their goals and priorities Support the business to conduct trials, consult non finance professionals on Test and Learn best practice, analyse results using statistical software and present findings back to Senior Leadership Work with business partners to build financial business cases to support large scale investments Develop an understanding of the competitive pressures that the business faces and their potential implications and provide business alternatives/solutions Work with the Commercial Analysis Manager to provide cohesive analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimise business opportunities and minimise risk/cost to the business. Be comfortable handling complexity and ambiguity, identifying the core problem to solve problems effectively Preferred Skills: Accounting qualification, MBA, or similar business planning experience High level of initiative and drive, combined with an analytical approach to problem solving and acute commercial awareness Able to communicate and influence across the business and at different levels Experience within a consumer facing business (Retail/FMCG) desirable Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools such as Tableau is also desirable Randstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
