Are you an existing Auditor/Audit Senior seeking a new opportunity? Are you keen to move in to Audit but dont necessarily have the technical skillset just yet? My Client welcomes both experience as well as those that require training. Interaction Accountancy & Finance are pleased to be working within a Milton Keynes based Chartered Practice and assisting with their need for an Audit Senior. This role will be split between Accounts and Audit, predominantly covering the latter and will suit those that are either ACA or ACCA qualified (both newly qualified or with a depth of post qualification experience). Duties will include:
• Performing audit duties on Clients ranging from SME to multi million turn over businesses. This work will include specialist audits on the likes of Solicitors, Charities, Pensions and Schools.
• Preparations of draft tax computations for businesses
• Preparations of draft statutory accounts as well as consolidated accounts under FRS102
• Drafting recommendations to management following audit fieldwork completion
• Dealing with group reporting for Clients
• Accounts preparation for audit exempt Ltd Companies, Partnerships or LLPs To be suitable for this position you need to be a qualified accountant under ACCA or ACA and have at least some exposure to audit work. You will have strong systems skills to include Excel as a base as well as systems such as Quickbooks, Sage, Xero etc.
