This is a temporary opportunity (2 months initially, then with the potential to be extended) to join a very successful international organisation located in the Camberley area. The working environment is excellent and free parking is available. Based at the EMEA Head Office, you'll be reviewing order paperwork and billing information to ensure that invoices relating to exported goods are raised in a timely and accurate manner. Previous experience in an order processing/order management, billing analyst or similar role is required. You'll need excellent attention to detail and methodical approach, as you work closely with the collections team to resolve any invoice queries, processing credits where required. And you'll be liaising with various other departments across the business, so confident communication skills will be essential. The department can at times be very busy, so a well-organized approach and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively will be required. Good IT skills are also essential to include familiarity with Excel and ideally also some exposure to using CRM systems. This position is to start ASAP
