Hays Accountancy and Finance are proud to be working with an innovative events organisation based in Coventry, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk. They are a hugely successful, global business who have experienced sustained success by delivering market leading business exhibitions across various sectors.
Your new role
You will be expected to work efficiently in an accounts department , whereby you will be expected to:
- Process invoices
- Post invoices onto the relevant system
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Account reconciliation
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to resolve queries
- Any Ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have at least 2 years' experience in accounts payable with a comprehensive knowledge of start-to-end purchase ledger processing. You will be a confident communicator who is happy liaising with both suppliers and internal members of staff to resolve/chase invoice queries.
What you'll get in return
