About the company My client is an electronics company setting the highest standards of service in its industry supporting its clients with efficient and robust IT solutions. To service their 100 clients across London and the South East, my client is expanding its operations and thereafter the HR Manager is seeking a driven and reliable Payroll Assistant to join the 4 staff in the payroll function in early October 2019. What you will be doing? Reporting into the HR Manager, as a Payroll Assistant you will be working on: - Processing monthly payroll for 2 divisions of the business - Preparing remuneration/compensation packages - Acting as the point of contact for internal staff - Maintaining accurate records of all staff remuneration Essential Skills/Experience - 1 years' experience in a HR or payroll function - Experience dealing with internal staff queries - Experience liaising with HMRC - Preparing remuneration packages/proposals - Intermediate Excel skills Desirable skills/experience - Experience of accounting systems - Knowledge of recent changes to remuneration laws Benefits and perks - Generous holiday allowance 25 days plus bank holidays - Luxury offices with cafés and restaurants nearby - Fantastic transport links (national rail, tube & bus routes) Payroll Assistant - Growing Electronics Company
