Our client is a highly entrepreneurial and fast-growing real estate investor and developer who operate in London and the South. After strong growth across their commercial portfolio the business is looking for a CFO to come and work alongside the CEO and wider executive committee. The role will entail day to day running of the finance function and have commercial oversight of all financing and be in key in supporting the business objectives moving forwards. This is a hugely strategic role with analytical focus to drive best practice and deliver on business plans. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, ACA or equivalent with extensive experience in the real estate sector as a senior finance leader, overseeing financial reporting and having a strong working knowledge of tax structuring. You will have experience of driving financial strategy, as well as negotiating investment or development deals in both commercial and residential asset classes.
