We are looking to recruit a Transactional Assistant to join our wider Transactional Services team consisting of around 15 people to provide an excellent transaction processing and payment service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the allocation of rent payments from our tenants . This will require downloading bank statements, dealing with direct debits, rent refunds and being proficient in using the different systems for these processes. About you You will ideally already have transactional experience within a finance team but as important is your ability to speak and deal confidently on the phone to answer queries from both internal and external customers. You must also have excellent attention to details and be able to find your way around an excel spreadsheet. Why apply?
