We are currently recruiting for a successful and growing investment management firm who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Within the role you will be responsible for High value Purchase Ledger, covering Internal and external payments which will include:- - Suppliers - Broker Fees - Commissions - Split Invoicing You will be using Sage 200 and HSBC banking experience, experience using Sage is essential for this role. As an overview you will be responsible for:- - Matching, Batching and Coding Invoices via Sage - Updating Entries - Calculating Brokerage Fees - Funding Control with High Value Invoices - Journals - Cashbook Reconciliations - BACs/CHAPS - Dealing with supplier queries - Raising PO's - Commission Calculations - Effective communication with multiple stakeholders Candidate specifications - Part qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT) - Minimum 5 Years' experience - Must have Sage Experience - Degree Educated (Desirable) Attributes: - Reliable - Flexible - Committed - Excellent communication - Hardworking - Team player
