We are seeking a team player who is highly motivated and able to build and maintain good working relationships. Experience in either the accountancy or payroll industry would be required. About the Role Manage financial systems and budgets Preparing accounts and tax returns Monitoring spending and budgets Auditing and analysing financial performance Financial forecasting and risk analysis Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits Compiling and presenting financial budget reports Ensure that financial statements and records comply with law and regulations Keeping account books and systems up to date Managing finance or factoring facilities for clients About You You will be highly motivated and driven You will be able to work individually as well as part of a larger team You will have excellent communication skills via email, telephone and face to face You will have a high standard of professionalism and integrity You will be competent using all Microsoft Office Applications You will be competent using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll You will be able to work well under pressure both alone and in a team environment You will be ability to demonstrate high levels of time management You will be able to manage own work and priorities as necessary Exerience within Recruitment industry would be highly beneficial Required: AAT (Level 4 - MAAT) Qualification [Will consider candidates who are doing lower level AAT] Experience 2 years in industry minimum About Us We are a specialist payroll and accountancy provider for contract and freelance workers, providing a range of different solutions on both a domestic (UK) and an international basis.
