As part of the Credit Middle Office team, the team works in a dynamic operating environment, reviewing changing regulations and ensuring JPM is compliant with the regulation as well as having the proper controls in place. The team is responsible for monitoring these controls and ensuring a quick resolution to any issues. The team partners closely with the Credit Business, Business Management, GCMO Project teams, Technology, Legal and Compliance. Daily

responsibilities:
Managing multiple large and small scale strategic projects of high priority for Credit Middle Office Key focus areas will be on driving innovative change to the global operating model to streamline touch points in the end-to-end process. Partnering closely with the Credit Business, Business Management, Technology, Legal and Compliance. Tracking progress of deliveries and providing senior management regular updates in PowerPoint presentations Manage weekly project lead calls and escalate issues to management in timely manner Requirements Excellent project management skills and experience Strong PowerPoint and Visio Skills Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard, to tight timelines Understanding of the finance industry regulatory environment and impact on business strategy desirable Experience in a controls related role Exceptional Communication Skills Outstanding Work Ethic Ability to consistently deliver results with little direct supervision and knows when to seek assistance or escalat Eager to learn and seeks out opportunities to enhance skills for themselves and team member Deals comfortably with ambiguity and uncertainty; is flexible and has the ability to create clarity and consensus Strong Technical Competencies: Excellent working knowledge of all MS Office application Strong Analytical/Data Mining Skill Report/SharePoint Design Strong working knowledge of end to end flows of at least 1 CIB product class /process To be considered for this role, you may be required to complete the video interview powered By HireVue.
