Role Summary: The JPMAM Global Alternatives, Global Transportation Group is seeking to recruit a London-based, highly motivated, results oriented finance professional with strong corporate finance skills and high personal standards. The Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the team's activities including evaluating new transactions, managing the existing portfolio, client support, financial analysis/modelling, industry analysis, underwriting, investor and internal reporting, managing controls and policies, due diligence, asset management and other related tasks as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
Analyse investment opportunities from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. Model investment opportunities on corporate and asset levels. Draft investment memoranda for both internal investment committee and external client presentations. Analyse market data and prepare research reports on Transportation segments, businesses or assets. Prepare and manage portfolio performance metrics, analyses, and reports. Prepare and manage asset management reports on portfolio assets. Assist with management and oversight of due diligence process for approved deals. Manage the timing and sequencing of deliverables in order to meet tight deadlines Qualifications/Skills Required: Experience within Investment Banking, Asset Management, and/or Corporate Finance preferred. Experience in transportation, infrastructure or project finance sectors preferred but not essential. Knowledge of financial modelling and strong quantitative analytical skills plus accounting, very detail oriented. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple time zones. Proficient in MS Office applications and working knowledge of databases and reference sources. Bachelors or Masters Degree from a globally-recognised institution.
