This role reports to the recently appointed Chief Operating Officer, allowing you to input new and fresh ideas to the organisation. What is needed in this role is to provide excellent strategic direction, with main responsibilities including: Working in partnership with both the Chief Operating Officer and the Senior Management Accountant to deliver timely and detailed reporting. Taking complete ownership of year end reporting, achieving consistently high standards and being the key liaison for external auditors. Improving process, reporting, projects, timing and everything that goes with it. Setting an example as the Finance Director to the six other finance staff in the organisation by being pro-active and clinical in your financial approach. Manage the whole finance team on a day to day basis.
