Our rapidly expanding and award-winning client in Exeter is looking to bring in a Finance Assistant to join them in the accounts department. Registered as investors in people and have been recognised as one of the UK's greatest places to work in 2018. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious that wants to work for the best out there. In this role, you will assist the Head of Finance and Finance Manager in the overall function control and day-to-day running of the department. This role will cover a wide set of responsibilities which will give you invaluable experience to progress your career. The salary for this position is £17,000 - £20,000 per annum. Key
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all accounting software is up to date Process all debit / credit card payments and ensure receipts are accurate Process any refunds in a timely and appropriate manner Make sure suppliers receive timely and accurate remittances with detailed invoice information Deal with all client / supplier queries in a timely fashion and in line with company policies Essential Requirements: Purchase or Sales Ledger experience Able to demonstrate exquisite IT skills Have the right to work in the UK Great communication skills Good MS Excel skills Desirable: Experience in financial services / insurance industry Able to drive If you're confident you have the correct skillset and experience then please apply.
