Finance Assistant Job Market - Finance Finance Assistant - About the role Manage client funded bank accounts on behalf of the Group and their clients and to manage the production of all monthly or claims related invoices and reconciliations, alongside supporting colleagues within the claims finance team. Finance Assistant - Key duties Liaise with staff from across the group and External Clients Bank reconciliations Creditor statement reconciliations Debtor statement reconciliations Purchase ledger invoice submissions Reconciling the finance system to the claims management system Cash collection Finance Assistant IT Literatate including strong understanding of excel and at least basic understanding of word and Excellent telephone manner and customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritising work load Must be able to multi-task
