Our client is looking to add an bookkeeper to their well-established team after a period of significant growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone driven and ambitious to take on more and more responsibility. The Role - Processing purchase invoices and delivery notes - Dealing with purchase ledger and sales ledger queries - Accounts to trial balance - Assisting with month end close and credit control - Dealing with statement reconciliations and payments - Daily processing of bank transactions - Assisting with accruals and prepayments - Preparation of VAT returns - Preparing and posting journals Your Profile - At least 2 years of relevant hands on accounting experience - You will be computer-literate and have an understanding how to communicate with other areas of the business - You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills - Maintain the company brand and image through all external and internal communications Salary & Benefits Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 plus company benefits including flexible working Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
