Nottingham - Accounts Payable Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a well-established Nottingham based trust. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a contracted basis for 12 months. This role would suit someone who is immediately available or on a short notice period. You will be working within a fast paced and hard-working team. Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and matching invoices Playing a pivotal role in developing and improving procedures and controls Focusing ensuring all statement reconciliations are completed Investigating into the Accounts Payable function and solving any issues processing good receipts Ideal Candidate: Proven experience within an Accounts Payable function Highly organised with good time management skills Keen problem solver with the view to get to the root cause of an incident, with the view to adapt any process Excellent communication skills at all levels Skilled at building rapport within internal and external stakeholders Excellent numeracy skills as well as having strong IT literacy skills are essential Pro-active self-starter.
