Experienced in end to end in-house payroll and able to support the processing of circa 400 employees? Looking for a long term FTC to start as soon? Enjoy working as part of a small HR team? Our client, a leading name in it's field, is looking to recruit a Payroll / HR Admin specialist to support them on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity. Key Duties: the preparation and processing of the payroll, including all required reports and related administration; to ensure the correct processing and complete administration of the Pensions scheme to ensure that all auto enrolment requirements are met in full the timely preparation and distribution of: All required HMRC returns, including but not limited to P35/P60 Employers annual return, or equivalent e.g. Real Time Reporting; Annual Pension Returns; P11d expenses and benefits etc; All required information and reports in connection with the Annual Finance Audit; to ensure at all times that the payroll database remains accurate, up-to-date and complies with both legislative requirements and good practice; to ensure the correct reconciliation of all payroll related accounts; to maintain efficient and appropriate payroll records in accordance with legislative requirements and good practice; to assist with the timely preparation of annual payroll and pension budgets; the timely preparation of the payroll and pensions monthly variance analysis, for review; the administration of the private healthcare scheme; the administration of the childcare voucher scheme; the development and administration of authorised reward schemes, including but not limited to salary sacrifice schemes; provide support in requested aspects of the Human Resources function including the preparation and maintenance of employee records, sickness absence, holiday, establishment, starters and leavers, employee details, etc; taking minutes at meetings; Should you be interested in discussing this vacancy please contact Annabel Green via LinkedIn or register your details on www.resourcing4hr.co.uk.
