We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join one of our client's European Head Office. The Senior Financial Analyst position is a highly commercial focused role and unique to Financial Control supporting the Buying and Merchandising function. The main role of the Buying Analysis team is to partner with the heads of Buying to assist with setting liquidity targets to ensure merchandise inventory plans are met. They report and review liquidity/open to buy on a weekly basis with Buying, along with providing visibility to the business on orders placed by buyers and the mark-on generated. The role involves business partnering at a senior level across Buying and Merchandising Function by providing a number of periodic and ad hoc performance reports that aid decision making and help meet overall business goals. The role will also require cross-functional interaction with other sub teams of Financial Control, Commercial Planning and Logistics.
