Business Reporting Analyst £Competitive Salary Liverpool Our client now has an excellent opportunity for an analytical inquisitive and perceptive individual to join their Finance team to develop their career as a Business Reporting Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Business Reporting Analyst, you will be involved in both the manual preparation of Management Information and the development and delivery of new reporting systems. You will extract, manipulate and present data from multiple sources and tailor both information and presentation methods for different audiences to maximise impact. This may involve the delivery of regular reporting tools; adaption of existing information or the design of new ad-hoc reporting. You will assist in the introduction of new reporting tools, including training users as well as mapping and documenting business processes. Delivery of reporting crucially involves communicating effectively with end users to ensure data provided meets their requirements; and detailed review of outputs to ensure accuracy. Additionally, ad-hoc projects such as data cleansing may be required. The Person They are looking for an inquisitive individual ideally with some experience in the analysis and presentation of data from within a work setting. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-review to ensure high levels of accuracy and are able to work under your own initiative when required. Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, are essential and familiarity with SQL would be an advantage.
