An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper to join an established Construction company on a part-time and permanent basis. Based in Weston Super Mare, close to the train station (free parking is available) you will be joining a family run company who have clients all over the South West. With sole responsibility for company finances this Bookkeeper position will suit someone with a head for figures who loves problem solving and seeing things through from beginning to end. If you have previous experience in a similar role and are looking for part time hours, this could be the position for you As a Bookkeeper your key responsibilities will be: Reconciling purchase and sales ledgers Supplier payment runs Internal payroll VAT Preparation for management accounts both monthly and yearly CIS returns To be considered for this role you must have: Previous experience in a similar role Computer literate with experience of accounting packages, previous use of QuickBooks is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and able to work independently This is a part time (3 days a week with some flexibility on days/hours) permanent position offering £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
