About the Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will join the Finance Department, a dynamic environment that has an evolving set of responsibilities, but primarily you will play a key part in the financial accounting and management accounting services to meet the staff requirements and that of the volunteers across the globe. You will also be responsible for the preparation of balance sheet review/ analysis (including reconciliations), preparation and submission of tax returns.About the Person we need You will be a part-qualified ACCA or CIMA and have relevant and up-to-date financial accounting expertise, experience and knowledge. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build & maintain relationships, with a wide range of stakeholders, especially in cross-cultural settings.
