Senior Associates - Tax - P&O - Pensions & Investments - Top Tier - London About the team Our pensions investment consulting team helps our clients seek solutions to today's pension challenges, bringing expertise in a wide range of areas including tax, legal, accounting, structuring, insolvency and credit analysis. You'll focus on helping clients with retirement and pensions strategy, plan design and transformation, mergers and acquisition activity and financial guidance. About the role You will get exposure to a wide variety of client engagements and business development projects. You will gain early experience of dealing with a wide range of investments and adapting investments around economic conditions and outlooks. You will also learn how and why pension scheme liabilities change as a result of economic assumptions, such as inflation and interest rates and the effect that market movements have on invested assets. You will develop modelling skills from performing asset liability modelling and capital market assumptions modelling. The team has a flat structure so you can work directly with all grades up to Partner. Essential Skills and Experiences Experience of UK pensions and investment markets, including unlisted asset classes Experience in reviewing client asset allocation, investment governance and fund performance Ability to collaborate with different teams in delivering projects Ability to develop the team's profile within the wider organisation and externally Ability to develop client relationships Experience of financial modelling in Excel and Eikon Who we are looking for CFA and/or CAIA qualified Numerate, driven and a fast learner Ability to organise and manage delivery of projects and deadlines Good PowerPoint skills / drafting deliverables experience
