A Credit Controller is required by this Hospitality organisation based in Wembley, Middlesex. Reporting to the Finance Controller and having sole responsibility for the ledger the key tasks of the Credit Controller include monthly reporting, chasing debt via telephone and letter, internal and external communication regarding customer account queries ensuring that credit assessment checks are carried out, preparation of credit requests, cash allocations, keeping the sales ledger up to date, journals etc. This role will suit a patient individual who enjoys working in a structured environment where hard work and consistent performance is important. The incumbent should have the persistence to see a job through to conclusion and to work within specific guidelines. The person fulfilling this role should be routine-orientated, methodical, thorough and compliant The ideal Credit Controller should have at least two years credit control experience, with good system skills (ideally Opera or SAGE) including Excel and in return you will receive a salary of between £21k-£24k superb benefits including staff discounts
