Role: Senior Credit Controller

Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location:
City of London Do you have experience working in credit control? Are you confident in communicating with clients and building relationships? Do you have strong IT skills and knowledge of finance related systems? Our client, a technology and communications company, is looking for an experienced and efficient Credit Controller to join their London based team. The Credit Controller will be responsible for overseeing the incoming payments made to the company and chasing any money that has not been paid or is overdue. Main responsibilities of the Credit Controller: Meeting monthly receivable targets Forecasting cashflow Chasing debts and dealing with payment queries Issuing letters when payments are not received within the stated time frame Liaising with other departments regarding overdue and disputed accounts Conducting weekly account reviews and escalating any issues where necessary Managing processes involved with accounts going into liquidation Analysing a client's debt risks and applying the necessary credit limits Creating new client accounts on the system Managing cash allocations and bank reconciliations Producing credit and debit journals when required Ideal candidate for the Credit Controller role: 2 year's experience in credit control Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel Highly analytical, accurate with excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships with clients Efficient, organised and able to manage a busy workload Knowledge of business software i.e. CRM, Credit safe, Ability etc. If you are interested in applying for this role or would like to hear more about it, please hit apply TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
