Our client is an award-winning marketing agency with a roster of premium B2B client brands, including Google, the Financial Times and The London Stock Exchange and due to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit a bright and ambitious Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Senior Accountant to take the lead in managing the finances of this fast-growing agency You will be working closely with the directors to provide the financial rigour and quality of information to help drive business success. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for financial management including sales ledger, purchase ledger, cashflow, banking, payroll and tax Financial reporting including management accounts, project and client reporting and analysis Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts Management and development of financial policies, systems and processes to deliver efficiency and productivity and to support company growth Preparation of annual budgets Preparation of sales invoices (supported by Accounts Assistant) Credit Control (supported by Accounts Assistant) - improvement of debtor days profile Cashflow Management (supported by Accounts Assistant) Financial staff management, motivation, training and recruitment Payroll preparation and HM Revenue & Customs filing and reporting VAT Return preparation Engagement with accountants, auditors, senior advisors as appropriate Qualifications CIMA/ACCA qualified Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Workflow Max and Xero software Ideally some exposure of working in the creative agency space but not essential Exceptional career prospects are available as the business continues to pursue its ambitious growth plans whislt maintaining a fun and enjoyable working environment.
