We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our friendly and fast paced finance department on a full time basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance the successful applicant should have a minimum of 1 year's credit control experience within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Salary:
According to experience - Excellent bonus structure You will need to demonstrate that you are highly organised, pro-active in your approach and able to prioritise your workload. You must also be comfortable dealing with a wide range of personalities and possess a meaningful measure of experience in carrying out your duties with accuracy and speed. Key Objectives / Responsibilities A proven track record in a credit collections / finance department High Volume reconciliation experience Maintaining multiple systems to ensure effective management. Data Entry Ensure BACS receipts are allocated in a prompt and accurate manner Prompt resolution of client queries Ad-hoc duties to support team as and when required To chase outstanding balances by all means including but not limited to phone, e-mail, statements and chase letters To raise any necessary invoice or credit notes on Customer accounts Transfer and allocate payments within Quickbooks and our CRM system when necessary To meet monthly over 90 days' debtors balance targets set. General administration of accounts including updating customer contacts, addresses and PO numbers Requirement's as a Credit Controller: Excellent verbal skills and telephone manner Strong organisational skills Able to work to set deadlines Well organised and self-disciplined Strong problem solving skills Confident and friendly manner Good team player Good knowledge of Excel The Benefits Located near Borough tube station, we have a welcoming office environment and a comprehensive benefits package which includes: 24 day's annual leave plus bank holidays; with the opportunity to gain more days according to length of service.
