Payroll Manager - Scottish Retailer - Permanent - Full time - Salary DOE Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a well-established Scottish Retailer as they're looking for a Payroll Manager to join their Finance team. This standalone position would be a great opportunity for a self-starter and responsible Payroll Professional who is keen to join a flexible organisation who would provide flexible working. You'll be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for around 400 employees on a monthly basis - including starters/leaver, year end processes and reports, reviewing and processing allowances, pension enrollment, statutory payments ( SSP, SMP, SPP, etc. ). You'd of course get support from members of the HR and Finance team and eventually you'd get a chance to help training a second person to process payrolls. Relevant experience processing end-to-end payroll is necessary as well as strong IT skills. Payroll qualification and knowledge of several payroll software would be advantageous.
