I have an opportunity for an established Purchase Ledger Assistant to work in a busy accounts department with a day to day responsibility of financial transactional for all Purchase Ledger tasks. I am looking for a confident attitude and excellent telephone manner as the successful candidate will be dealing with customers & suppliers on a daily basis for all invoice and purchase to pay queries. You will need to be a good team player and have a "Can do" attitude as this role is very busy and "Hand on". Experience of processing transactions for multiple bank accounts on a day to day basis Experience of dealing directly with suppliers Experience of processing and paying supplier invoices Ability to work under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality Adopts a methodical approach to tasks Aspires to career progression Beginner to Intermediate Excel Skills Numerate and accurate Strong attention to detail Ability to plan and co-ordinate workload to set timescales Ability to develop good working relationships in a multi-disciplinary environment Strong customer service focus Good communication skills Huntress Search Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of 'protected characteristics' as defined under the Equality Act and other relevant UK legislation.
