Responsibilities include; Using SAP in order to process supplier invoices Setting up suppliers on SAP Dealing with supplier and business queries Help with training other employees on SAP Manage month processes Manage staff expense claims Working closely with production managers to understand cost vs budget Looking after supplier balances and reconcile supplier statements. Building solid working relationships with vendors based on communication, information sharing and trust The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate should have current experience in a creative sector (TV Preference) Educated to degree level or equivalent Experience in a fast paced, multi-cultural, corporate matrix organisation Strong excel knowledge is essential. Very Strong SAP skills To be considered for this role you must have at least 1 year of experience using SAP and be confident at teaching others the SAP system. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook and exceptional communication skills. You should also be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
