The purpose of this 12 months interim project is to outsource the payroll whilst managing and motivating a team. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Outsourcing payroll Give clear direction, set clear expectations and inspire/ motivate direct reports to excel Managing large volume payroll both weekly and monthly REQUIREMENTS Previous project implementation experience Experience in altering and or changing systems Outsourcing experience Large volume payroll - monthly and weekly Previous management experience Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
