Assistant Management Accountant - £28,000 to £30,000 plus Excellent Benefits Package

Your new company are an industry leading and highly reputable organisation. They are a globally recognised business and due to continuous expansion are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to their Finance team located in Warrington Cheshire.

Your new role
Within your new role you will provide support to the Operations Controller. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of the management accounts
• Managing travel expenses
• Accounts Payables
• Intrastat and EC Sales
• Rebate process
• Posting of payments
• Maintaining filing system for audit purposes
• Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger to G/L on a monthly basis.
• Petty cash (reconciliation)
• Intercompany payables/receivables
• Maintain the accrual process
• Supporting the rebate process
• Employee expense processing via Concur
• Contracts maintenance (contracker)
• Assets - Creation/maintenance
• Bank reconciliation - EUR/GBP/Deutsche Bank
• Credit card accrual applications
• Lease car maintenance
• Vendor maintenance/creation

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of at least 3 years experience in a fast paced Management Accounting position
• Part Qualified in ACCA or CIMA
• Ambitious and driven
• Excellent inter personal skills
• Results orientated and well organised
• Ability to work under pressure
• Analytical
