The Job Role: Assistance in Xero conversions; Client training and support on Xero; Supervision of outsourcing service on Xero bookkeeping assignments; Preparation of management accounts for provision to clients; Assistance in bookkeeping assignments Xero and excel based; Assistance in vat assignments Xero and excel based; Assistance to audit seniors (ad hoc); Assistance in Preparation of Small Limited Company and LLP accounts reporting to manager; Assistance in Preparation of Partnership and I and E accounts reporting to manager; The role will be primarily focused on assisting our existing and new clients and internal staff on the cloud based package Xero, whilst also assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts where appropriate. We are looking for someone with cloud accounting experience, preferably Xero, and a client facing focus with good communication/interpersonal skills. They will need to be able to assist clients in the use of Xero as well as answering Xero based queries. The interaction with Xero will also include preparation of management accounts and provision of same to clients.
