A Payroll Supervisor is currently urgently being recruited for a large national employer. A leader in their field, this client is highly reputable and boasts a fantastic reputation. Managing a small team of administrators, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for: overseeing a large volume monthly payroll ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time adhering to 3rd party deadlines and internal regulations. The Payroll Supervisor will make sure that all starter and leaver paperwork is completed & recorded, an absences and lateness is recorded and any employee details are changed such as address/ tax codes etc. The Payroll Supervisor will also lead a small team, coach and mentor where necessary and identify areas of development and training.
