Purpose of Position Manage the Financial Forecast and monthly Actuals Submission of Overheads in EMEA region. Primary Responsibilities Tracking and analysis of overhead costs, including: Analyse Overhead spends and challenge markets working with key stakeholders to ensure targets are met Analyse Overhead spending and explain variance to Forecast/PY, providing commentary to local & US teams Present SG&A results at monthly EMEA Close call Continuously look to develop Overhead budgeting and reporting needs CAPEX reporting for EMEA Compensation Planning process Key Relationships Senior Management EMEA FPA Team EMEA Accounting Team Department & Country leads across all EMEA markets Global Shared Services Centre Team Skills and competencies Accounting knowledge; journal entry and balance sheet reconciliations Proficient in MS Office, Excel/Access; being able to manipulate complex, raw data Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and all functional areas, understanding and presenting the viewpoints of others Sound business judgment; ability to interpret issues and recommend actions to best support group, division, corporate goals Strong analytical skills; ability to coordinate diverse information, identify relevant data, recommend and implement corrective actions Excellent attention to detail with a proactive nature Able to identify and address process improvements, and share expertise with others Willingness to take responsibility and the ability to learn quickly and work independently Education University degree or equivalent in Finance or similar field Experience Experience of working in Finance related position Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
