Would you like to be a part of a global FMCG organisation? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Finance Business Partners to join a global FMCG company in Berkshire. You will be responsible for business partnering with the sales team, focusing on key accounts within the business, leading on revenue performance. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have: Qualified Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Business Partnering experience in a blue-chip business is essential. FMCG or Retail industry experience is preferred. Experience of working closely with Sales teams is essential. Strong communication skills with experience in managing relationships, conflicting priorities at a senior level and working with Executive Stakeholders. Experience developing and creating solutions to complex issues with flexibility and pragmatism. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Must be self-motivated and have strong planning and control discipline skills. A little more information about the role: To business partner with the sales team and lead the account reporting of revenue performance. Support and challenge the sales team with building net revenue plans. Responsible for reviewing and overseeing the forecasting of promotions and new products. Lead the delivery of net revenue plans, working with the sales team to challenge and optimise trade spend. Build strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders for key accounts. Provide support and guidance to the Service Delivery Team.
