Client Services - Associate Director Job

The Client Services Group (CSG) acts as a liaison with MIM's clients and their third-party administrators, as well as with internal MetLife teams. responsibilities:
The Associate Director will have overall accountability for the day-to-day servicing aspects of multiple and highly complex managed account and fund institutional clients, including responding to client queries and ad-hoc requests, coordinating fund subscriptions and redemptions, preparing client presentations, reviewing client invoices, and resolving operational inquiries. The Associate Director will be the project leader for the implementation of new clients, addition of product lines to existing clients, terminations or transitions of assets. Preparation of client and fund level reporting. Participate in fund launch process as related to investor and servicing aspects. Support marketing efforts in preparing pitch books and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Associate Director es sential business experience and technical skills: Required: Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously, effectively handling multiple issues, prioritizing deadlines appropriately and remaining flexible and professional. Ability to balance client expectations with MetLife capabilities and understand the impact both administratively and financially. 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management and various investment products (real estate, fixed income, private placements). Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar.
