We offer: The Regulatory Strategy & Business Change (RSBC) division of Credit Suisse (CS) is responsible for assessment, project management and delivery of all regulatory initiatives to ensure CS is compliant with all regulations globally. Within RSBC there is a team of circa 100 change professionals across US, UK and Poland focussed on delivery for Global Markets and Investment Banking. This role will act as as a Business Analyst within RSBC based in London with a focus on certain key topics across regulations (e.g. Cost and Charges, Best Ex, Record Keeping etc). The role involves: The Business Analyst will focus on the delivery of the key projects within the portfolio to meet regulatory obligations. This gives the candidate the opportunity to work across business lines and departments as well as interact with senior stakeholders. The regulatory projects are key to ensuring that the Bank remains compliant with new regulations, often reacting quickly due to tight deadlines set by the regulators. The team often participates or provides feedback to industry forums and gives us an opportunity to contribute to how regulations might be shaped. Create Business Requirements Documentation by: Participating in requirement solicitation workshops with the business, compliance & legal to review regulations & other inputs then document agreed interpretations. Performing detailed analysis on requirements using various tools & techniques: Process Mapping. Business Analysis. Data Analysis & visualisation (Alteryx & Tableau). Business rule design for enriching, transforming and normalising data. Lead meetings with managers and subject matter experts to agree and sign-off on requirements. Owning traceability of requirements to source inputs. Support requirements delivery by: Reviewing IT Functional Designs (FRD) to ensure integrity of business requirements in the IT solution. Support testing of IT solutions by: Reviewing documented test scenarios and test cases. Ensuring traceability & test case coverage of business requirements in the test pack. Perform root cause analysis on defects during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and respond to user queries. We want you to contribute your interpersonal skills to our team. You Offer Capabilities Degree level education or equivalent experience Proficient technical background Investment banking experience Excellent documentation skills Understanding of the full development lifecycle Confident, assertive and effective communicator Team player but independently driven and motivated with genuine enthusiasm Delivery focused and deadline driven Ability to network, collaborate and influence to gain consensus even when faced with differing views Strong client and stakeholder management Able to target material and communication to a wide range of audiences at all levels in the organization.
