£20,000 Duration: 18 months Qualification: Level 3 Assistant Accountant (AAT3) We are looking to recruit a finance apprentice to join La Fosse's busy finance team. Primarily involved in the processing of transactional data we are looking for an apprentice that has a genuine interest in pursuing a career in accountancy and finance, has strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude, ensuring tasks are completed. A typical day Setting up new contractors on In Time, Sage/Net Suite, and pay run sheets Raise log and pay contractors in the two main monthly pay runs Ensure ad hoc weekly pay runs to contractors are made as required Recording permanent placements on the companies log of placements Answering ad hoc queries from consultants and contractors as they arise Ensure all aspects of purchase ledger are completed - to include the processing of all invoices received, ensuring they are appropriately approved, and paid timely through weekly supplier payment runs Enter all company credit card expenses, ensuring the cost is posted to an appropriate expense code Any other data entry and processing as required Location Portland House, Bressenden Pl, Westminster, London, SW1E 5BH What makes a good candidate?
