A global Investment Bank based at Canary Wharf, seeks a versatile, charismatic, and adaptable Team Assistant to join them, who can assist their teams in providing the highest level of support to their top ranked analyst team. All roles are a minimum of 6 months rolling to 22 months and will pay a generous hourly rate between £16-£20ph depending on experience. Would you like to join one of the top ranked Research departments on the street? Timely and accurate telephone answering, ensuring all messages are passed on in an effective/appropriate manner Assist the team EA with calendar management to include collating the whereabouts of the team on a daily basis and sending to various internal stakeholders Assist the EAs with booking European and International travel, whilst taking into account the firm's travel policy to ensure cost efficiencies at all times Accurately process all expenses in a timely manner in accordance with the firm's expense policy for all analysts Assist with logging the team's ad-hoc client interactions using the firm's CRM systems Assist EA with all client contact maintenance tasks to include client distribution and contact lists on the firm's CRM system Ensure the team's research marketing packs are up-to-date Deal with numerous ad hoc internal analyst requests to include but not limited to document scanning, photocopying, arranging and collecting printing, arranging couriers, ordering business cards etc. Assist with organizing the EMEA Macro Research team events Team Assistant: Highly motivated, with a cheerful, positive can-do attitude Flexible and adaptable in a fast-pace environment with the ability to multi-task Good communicator, confident and professional at all times, both verbal and written A team-player with good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple deadlines and changing priorities Resourceful, a self-starter who is consistent, reliable, a good time-keeper, who enjoys taking initiative to deliver results with good attention to detail Able to maintain confidentiality You Have: 2 years experience in a previous TA role, preferably within a financial or professional services Experience of working with a large team Sound knowledge of all Office applications - Word, Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge of Concur and CRM preferable but not essential A fantastic can-do attitude and commitment to deliver the best service to clients A calm, cheerful, but professional and resilient attitude, with the ability to problem solve This is a truly brilliant opportunity for experienced a Team Assistant who would like to break into the prestigious Investment Banking industry Please apply for an immediate first stage telephone interview with a Consultant at Strictly Recruitment.
