Payroll Assistant
Conrad Finance are pleased to be working with an established business based in Central London who are currently looking to recruit a full time Payroll Assistant to join their growing team. This exciting role will largely require the successful candidate to support the overall Payroll and HR team in delivering an accurate Payroll Service to wider business as required. You will have previous in-house Payroll experience, experience with ADP along with good communication skills and previous experience in dealing with outsourced payroll providers. Duties Process starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP, liaising with relevant Government bodies, internal accounts team and DSS Recovery. Dealing with all relevant staff queries. Input all relevant staff time sheets, monthly overtime, CTI Shares deduction, bonuses, and new salaries for a selection of staff. Process and input employees brought benefits onto payroll system and keep internal spreadsheets with all benefits brought or sold up to date Process and record all salary changes as required Calculate and input correct payments to staff and pension schemes Input all relevant information relating to the Child Care/CTI Share scheme, update and agree spreadsheet with payroll manager and arrange payment of invoice via account dept Checking trial runs of payroll each month making sure all data entered is correct. Running ADP Support with Reconciling / input End of year/Start of Year have good understanding of the process. Assist payroll team with P11D's The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 18 months previous payroll experience and be keen to continue building a career in payroll.
