JOB DESCRIPTION Fee Billing Analyst | Edinburgh | Maternity Cover Change Recruitment's Edinburgh Client is looking to hire a Fee Billing Analyst for a maternity cover, initially for 6 months. The Fee Billing Analyst will be required to contribute to the work of the Billing Team within Client Administration in its objective to deliver BAU reconciliations and all periodic production of invoices. Main Duties
• Assist in the monthly and quarterly production of invoices
• Assist with completion of all self-billing calculations and fee adjustments
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc fee estimates
• Liaise with SBU team to assist with invoice production cycles
• Assist in the Client take on process for Fee Billing
• Support the team in various daily and monthly ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist with team related projects when required
• Monitor the various team mailboxes and ensure all queries are responded to promptly
• Assist in the client take-on process from fee billing perspective, ensuring new client set ups in Salesforce / Revenue Manager/ Eagle meet requirements
• Monitor fee constraints and fee change thresholds
• Manage the approval process of first, last and exception invoices
• Maintain vendor relations with SBU
• Work with Client Management to ensure timely delivery of outstanding receivables
• Liaise with WSPL Finance on any outstanding debtors and accrual issues
• Provide reporting and management information from Salesforce and Revenue Manager
• Assist other teams within the Client Administration dept. Skills and Knowledge
• Experience in a similar role and within asset management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to prioritise work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and numerate
• Must be motivated, flexible and committed to the team
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize information, summarise issues and suggest solutions
• Sharp control/risk mitigation mentality with ability to know when to escalate issues
• Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines with strong emphasis on appropriate prioritisation
• Ability and desire to work in a team environment; willingness to ask questions but also to learn independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel, and an aptitude for learning new applications
• Experience of Eagle, CRIMS, SharePoint and Salesforce desirable
