Credit Control Team Manager Being the Difference Our Credit Control Team play a vital role in aiding the efficiency and effectiveness of the billings, collections and payment processes, to maximise collections and reduce the risk of debt whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service and building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders, Solving our customers' problems with real care every day. The role of the Credit control manager is to motivate and manage the credit control department and provide guidance with the aim of reducing debt. Our credit control manager will help to develop and appraise team members, offering them the support they require to ensure that the department runs as efficiently and effectively as possible, but also offer the support team members require for their own personal development. So, what are we looking for? Every day will bring a new set of challenges to engage the team With previous experience in a credit control environment, you'll have a sound understanding of balance sheet analysis, credit risk, financial exposure and setting credit limits. We are seeking a credit control manager who has the ability to operate in what can be a high-pressure business area, but also has the capacity to operate well under these circumstances. Do you possess great delegation skills and superb interpersonal traits to be an influencer and people motivator? What will a day with us look like? Based in our office just a short walk from Priory Country Park, the credit control team will liaise with virtually every business area to resolve billing, collection or payment related issues and continuously strive to improve these processes for the mutual benefit of the customer and for Belron® UK Limited. The credit control manager will ensure the credit control department runs efficiently and effectively, ensuring all processes and procedures are maintained at an optimum level . Working a 37.5-hour week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
