JOB DESCRIPTION INTERIM FINANCE MANAGER (£55,000 - £60,000) 3-6mth FTC Change Recruitment are currently working with a global, PE backed client, with their search for a suitably qualified Finance Manager / Business Partner, for an initial period of 3-6mths. Within the post, you will play the role of lead Finance Business Partner working with key stakeholders across the division, and will be responsible for a number of key deliverables. Given the needs of the role and level of engagement at a senior level across the business, we require a robust and confident individual who will approach this and have the ability to come in and hit the ground running, and the desire to make an immediate impact. Key accountabilities:
• Producing timely, accurate and reliable financial information to drive a series of actions
• Proactively manage the planning and reporting output and ensure accurate reporting to timetable
• Manage all commercial pricing activity ensuring all internal governance requirements are met
• Provide analysis and proactive insight into the performances of the business
• Improve the processes and procedures involved in reporting KPI's to customers
• Provide decision support ensuring adherence to all governance requirements The initial and most pressing need within the role though will be the production and delivery of the 2020 budget, which needs to be rolled out by mid-October. As a result of this very point, our client requires to have someone on board and in post within the next 2 weeks. As such, we would ask that interested parties make contact with ourselves at the earliest opportunity. In terms of the background and areas of expertise that we are looking for:
• Must be fully qualified and several years PQE
• Extensive background in producing detailed, complex budgets
• Come from a strong commercial / business partnering background
