Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a market leading technology solutions and software business in Sheffield to recruit an Interim Group Financial Controller. Initially offered as an interim position until April 2020, this opportunity is a new role and has arisen through an exciting period of growth and change. As Interim Group Financial Controller, you will work with the divisional financial controllers and provide vital support with the consolidation and management of the group statutory accounts. Other responsibilities will include year end support, assessing the impact of IFRS 3, 15 and 16, coordinating the budget process and managing cash requirements for the Group, as well as supporting the CFO with other ad-hoc projects. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with significant experience of consolidated accounts preparation and cash forecasting. Previous involvement with acquisitions, along with experience of interpreting IFRS accounting standards is also required. This opportunity comes with an imminent start date and is expected to last until April 2020 with the potential to extend beyond this.
