Prime Life are going through an exciting period of growth and development and we are now recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team in Knighton, Leicester. The role As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the entire payroll function, focusing on monthly payroll of circa 3000 employees. In addition to this, you will have 3 direct reports. To be considered for the role, you must demonstrate previous experience in the following: Management of the payroll reconciliation process Processing of monthly payroll Continuous improvement across payroll function PAYE & NI reconciliation Pension administration including auto enrolment pension scheme Processing statutory notifications & statutory payments Knowledge of HMRC regulations of PAYE and NI Preparation of all tax documentation, e.g. P60's & P11D's The successful applicant with have advanced Excel skills along with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
